Description

J.J. JOHNSON ON BLUE NOTE FIRST PRESS LEXINGTON AVE ADDRESS RVG "EAR" DEEP GROOVE

First 1955 Mono Deep Groove US pressing with 767 Lexington Avenue NYC address on labels, RVG etched in dead wax and "ears" etched on both sides.  Classic tracks with Clifford Brown and Jimmy Heath (Side One) in prime form.

The album is in VG condition.  There are light scratches--nothing major--only noticeable at the start of each side and during the quieter passages.  There is a some background noise, but, again, nothing major.  There are no deep marks or any you can feel.  Cover is VG- with general wear, large piece of tape on bottom seam (mostly visable on back cover) and 1" seam split on top.
