This is a first pressing copy, released on Blackheart Records in 1980.
The first pressing has "shorter credits".

Here is some info found online about the first pressing specifics:
"There are two pressings of this LP:
The 1st pressing has shorter credits on far right column of back cover (no "Booking FBI 250 W. 57th St" or "Clem Burke - Courtesy of Chrysalis Records).
Original self-released pressing from 1980, was later picked up and reissued as "Bad Reputation"."

LP is VG PLUS.
Cover is VG MINUS with some light ring wear and edge wear, a bend on the top right corner, and 2 small spots on the front cover, on the right hand side - one is in the middle and one is a little further down (both visible in photo one).
