This is a RARE white label Japanese PROMO by the legendary Joe Cocker, produced to promote the release of the Mad Dogs & Englishmen double album in 1970. Pressed on high quality Japanese vinyl.
Issued as a single disc test promo, this LP presents a splendid selection of seventies classics from side one and side four of the double album.
Includes songs by Jagger and Richards; Leonard Cohen; Lennon and McCartney; Leon Russell.
Produced by Denny Cordell and Leon Russell.
Musical direction Leon Russell.

CONDITION DESCRIPTION:
VINYL: Near MINT condition pressed on high quality Japanese vinyl. Glossy surface, no scuffs, no scratches.
COVER: Strong Flipback Cover. Fully intact. No tears or edge-wear. Light ring-wear and slight surface spots. Remarkably good for its vintage.
LABELS: Clean, unblemished WHITE labels with no spindle marks. Labels have the 見本品 (Mihonban) meaning "Sample" in Japanese, printed on both faces.
'SAMPLE' (見本品) printed on labels indicates a genuine official promo.
Likewise, the characters 非売品 meaning "Not For Sale" indicates a DJ ONLY PROMO.
