Description

JOE COCKER “Mad Dogs & Englishmen” rare Audiophile Master Edition Double LP set with gatefold sleeve (Sweet Thunder Edition 9). Half Speed Mastered from the original Master Tapes and pressed on Virgin TELDEC vinyl. One of the most sought after releases by the much praised Sweet Thunder Audiophile label. Only a few titles were pressed on this label before going out of business in the early eighties. Much more rare than the more mainstream Audiophile labels (MFSL, Nautilus, Mastersound). Featuring a cast of famous friends of Joe Cocker including Leon Russell, Chris Stainton, Rita Coolidge, and many others. Includes: Songs include: Feelin’ Alright She came in thru the bathroom window, The letter, Etc. This as well as other titles on this label are quite hard to find. Sleeve and records are Near Mint.
