Original 1st Issue MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4152)

- NEW YORK USA Labels on both sides
- VAN GELDER and the EAR are both stamped in the run off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION: Side 1 is EXCELLENT / Side 2 is Excellent+ (not too far from Near Mint)
- both sides play great
- Labels have a few very light long spindle marks on one side, a couple of short barely vislble marks on the other

COVER CONDITION: Strong VG+ to EXCELLENT
- there are no seam splits
- there is a 7 inch long light pencil line on the back, very light ring wear on the front, some light corner wear, very light wear around the edges in a few spots
