Description
One-off Latin jazz scorcher by bandleader Joe Lutcher from 1949/50. Originally only on 78rpm, this was its first 45 appearance released by London label Jazzman in 2011. The eastern feel, R&B accent and heavy rhythm and percussion put it way ahead of its time. Amazingly, the b-side features a previously unreleased alternate take. A real gem from a limited run and long sold out. Unplayed deadstock copy.
