For auction is JOHN COLTRANE & JOHNNY HARMAN's self-titled record on Impulse! A-40 MONO, 1963 Gatefold Promo Edition.
SOUND: VG+
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Overall, the sound is terrific! The only flaw worth mentioning is one, single pop, during A3, "My One and Only Love".
VINYL: VG+
Visually, the vinyl is nice, with a few superficial, faint scratches or marks that don't affect the playback. The record is on white Impulse! promo labels, with the VAN GELDER stamp in the dead wax both sides.
COVER: VG+
Edges and spine are solid with little sign of wear. The lower right and upper right corners are a little bumped. Minor wear on front and back, and the gatefold is clean, fairly white and unmarked.

A sought-after record, in terrific condition. No reserve, bidding starts at $25.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
