Original first pressing - flipback sleeve, front laminate.  STEREO. Cat. No. CSD 3575

Original UK company lined innersleeve advertising other HMV releases.

Recorded 23 November, 1965. First released in UK November 1966. Front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse: Patents Pending flipback sleeve, label has "Sold In U.K. Subject To" text.
