rare US vinyl LP released 1964 on blue/silver PRESTIGE mono label with BERGENFIELD N.J. address and RVG (Rudy Van Gelder) in the trail-off vinyl and catalognumber PRLP 7142.
Note that from 1964 through 1967 Prestige titles were issued with a blue label with the company's new trident logo on the right.
