Description

Prestige 7123

Mono, deep groove press with second cover of classic session from 1957, with Coltrane accompanied by Red Garland on piano, Paul Chambers on bass and Arthur Taylor on drums.

RVG is stamped in the dead wax and both labels have the Bergenfield, NJ address.  The cover shows no address. 

Vinyl is visually VG*, with superficial marks and finger swipes hat cause occasional noise.  Playback was bordeline VG+/VG, with -- at worse -- some parts playing with intermittant noise, like the intro to "Bass Blues", the second song in the sample.

Cover -- with laminated front -- has a 4" split on top and mild corner wear.  There are no cutout marks or writing.  

Deep groove labels have spindle trails (see photos below).
