JOHN COLTRANE With THE RED GARLAND TRIO LP - On Prestige Records, #7123. Original 1957 MONO pressing with the classic Yellow & Black labels and the 446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C. address on the labels. The label is Deep Groove on both sides with RVG stamp in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: John Coltrane/tenor sax; Red Garland/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Arthur Taylor/drums. The thick cardboard cover is in VG++ shape and displays nicely. Three faint owner signatures on back side. There are NO significant seam splits, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The super glossy vinyl is in VG+ to VG++ condition with a few light marks or scuffs.
