JOHN DENVER (RCA Promo 29) Radio Special AUSTRALIA.
Here's a great find for John Denver collectors, this is a promotional radio interview LP conducted in the mid 70s with Australian announcer Ray McGregor. Obviously this was never released for commercial sale so it's a very rare item indeed (this is the first one that i have ever seen). The music is interspersed with interviews where John speaks of his early days with the Chad Mitchell Trio, his wife Annie, his upcoming tour of Australia and much more!
Running time is approx 43 mins.
The Vinyl is housed in a generic "Radio Special" sleeve which has some ringware, the Vinyl is visibly Near Mint with some fine hairline marks under heavy light. There's a little crackle in some of the quiet interview moments, most likely due to the quality of the pressing. I'm sure there would of been very few of these pressed and even fewer in existence, so this is a really unique opportunity...don't miss!!
