Description

John Eaton & His Syn-Ket: "Blues Machine"/"Bone Dry" (Decca 32220, US 1967, promo)

Invented in 1964 by Paolo Ketoff, the Syn-Ket was the first synth designed specifically as a live performance instrument. Here, composer John Eaton demonstrates it on two psychedelic dance tracks, similar to Pierre Henry's Mass for the Present Time. You can hear "Blues Machine" on YouTube.

Condition: The record is very clean and glossy with no scratches or scuffs to speak of. Both sides play loud and clear with hardly any noise at all.
