Description
Original 1965 first Takoma pressing of John Fahey's 3rd LP, "Dance of Death and Other Plantation Favorites".
Vinyl is VG(-), with many light marks and a few deeper scratches. It plays through without skips or hangs, but surface noise is present. I still find it an enjoyable listen, and the music still comes through. See photos - I tried to catch the light to show the LP surfaces.
The cover I grade G+ with full top and bottom seam splits. There is mild staining and writing on front and back. The side seam is full intact and strong. Besides the splits, which are common with this style of paste over cover, the cover is presentable. Booklet is not present.
A playable and enjoyable copy of an incredibly rare and important LP, but not one without flaws.
