Description

Shirley / My Love For You.
M- vinyl with clean labels.

Remember when John Fred burst on the scene in '67 with Judy In Disguise?  John and the Playboys had been a huge local Louisiana band for almost a decade and this was his first hit from way back in '59.  It actually charted nationally at #82.
Great boogieshuffle tune sounds kinda like Fats Domino.....because that's Fats backing band on the record.

a little trivia - - - when Judy In Disguise (a parody of the Beatles' Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds) hit #1, it replaced the Beatles' Hello Goodbye.
