JOHN LEE HOOKER - HOUSE OF THE BLUES - UK MONO 1st PRESSING LP 1964

Condition: Record: EXCELLENT(EX) Sleeve: GOOD (G)
Plays through perfectly (no skips), sounds loud and clear, with hardly no crackle or pops. It has had very little play from the look and sound of the record. Sleeve is clean, but has a slight one inch seem split at the bottom right (see image) with corner wear, foxing, obvious ring wear and yellowing. The inner sleeve is split, but I will send in a new replacement, but also include the original. Please use the images as part of the description.

GRADING: It?s in my interest to be honest about the condition of any record I sell and any defects are accurately described as part of its grading. If a particular aspect of condition is critical to you please ask for more details.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing which is described.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents are torn, stained and / or defaced.
DESPATCH: Record will be placed in a new polythene sleeve and mailed in a new heavy duty record mailer.
Despatch will usually be within three working days of receipt of payment.
