Issued on Wizardo WRMB 362 (Cat n Dog) label in the 70's in USA.

 

A pink sheet pasted on front cover.

Additional info sent by an Ebayer:

Wizardo in the US was the label also known as WRMB 362 as it was released on blue wax several times with variations to the label design. No one is certain of the exact year but most likely between 1975-1979. The boots in those days were still rather primitive with paper inserts in many cases. This boot was later issued on regular wax. Angel Baby first appeared on Roots which was swiftly removed from commercial sales so it was subsequently booted on several labels.
