This is the rare UK Apple 1st press of 'Mind Games' by John Lennon. This press is complete with the earliest 1U/1U matrix, the original light green Apple, the original inner sleeve and the matt Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.
The record is in Excellent+ condition. The vinyl has a sensational high gloss, each track looks absolutely stunning. The record has clearly only been played a couple of times. There is just a few hairlines otherwise this record is immaculate. The sound quality is exceptionally rich, warm and crystal clear. The Apple label is bold and bright, completely clean with no spindle wear. The record is complete with the original three corner die-cut inner sleeve. The sleeve is firm with a little discolouration on one edge.
The matt Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colours are bold and the image is sharp. There is some slight edge and ring wear. It is completely clean. The spine is firm with clear text and the whole cover still feels solid.
