This is the scarce UK 1st Press of 'Walls And Bridges' by John Lennon. This complete press has the original YEX 937-Z5, stamped, SW1-3416-Z-5 etched and crossed out & YEX 938-Z6, stamped and SW2-3416-Z-6 etched and crossed out matrix, the original die-cut inner sleeve, the original booklet and the original opening sleeve.

The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl has a stunning high gloss with just a few wispy hairlines on each side. On playing the sound is exceptionally warm, sharp and very clear. There are a couple of moments of slight background noise, but these are insignificant, it sounds superb. The Apple label is completely clean. The black is bold, the green is bright, the text is sharp and there is NO spindle wear.

The record has the original printed inner sleeve, which is in very solid, Near Mint condition. The booklet is also in Near Mint condition.

The overlapping sleeve is in Excellent+ condition. The colours and the image are extremely bold. The whole cover still feels exceptionally solid, the foldouts are immaculate and the spine is firm.
