JOHN & YOKO/THE PLASTIC ONO BAND: Happy Xmas (War Is Over)/Listen The Snow Is Falling (Parlophone, R 5970, 1990s, 7" single)
This 1990s jukebox edition is on Parlophone, whilst the original single was on Apple, as were the multiple re-pressings into the 1980s. The artist and track credits are etched onto the plastic but not overprinted (see photos). This came from the Robin Hood pub on St. Michael's Hill, Bristol, which used to be my local, and I can truthfully say that I never heard this single played once whilst it was on the old jukebox!
I got my greedy little mitts on it as soon as all the Christmas singles were removed and what was nice was that, although the accompanying labels had been used in the jukebox, there was another unsplit set inside the sleeve still! Hence these here!
Talking of which, quite why the jukebox labels state "Version" for the b-side is unknown because it is the normal b-side.
The original plain black vinyl jukebox 'labels' are near new, the sleeve is a generic juke box one with writing on the rear - see photos. The record has some light marks from going in and out of what is quite a stiff sleeve, but plays at a nice VG to EX. That's "VG" as in "very good" - the proper meaning of the term - and not the current usage that means unplayable, by the way.

Records generally have hairline marks from going in and out of sleeves - I do not mention these unless they cause audible noise. All records are play tested unless explicitly stated otherwise. Most of the records I am selling play at "Excellent" or "Very Good" as per Record Collector grading. Any specific defects are otherwise described in the listing. Please look at the photos carefully for condition of sleeves/labels.
All items won, up to a value of £150.00, will be sent as Royal Mail Tracked 48. If items are bid above £150.00 (or multiple items combine to more than £150), they will be sent as Royal Mail Special Delivery, so that parcels are correctly insured against loss or damage in transit.

Combined postage *for UK buyers only* - 6 single LPs costs the same to post as 1 single LP. Note that if you win items in multiple formats, (e.g., an LP and a CD), these have to be sent as multiple parcels (though I can bundle up 7" records with an LP).

Unless stated otherwise, all items are from my own collection. Most has been in storage for nearly 20 years. Lockdowns made me wonder why I have multiple copies of records that I will never listen to. There are about 8,000 more items to come from my rambling progressive, jazz fusion, folk, blues, 1950s stereo classical and easy listening, psychedelic, reggae, ambient, spoken word, comedy, railway, field recordings, electronic and occasionally just plain 'out there' collection.
