Description
I have been collecting records for decades and the time has come for some of them to find a new home. Most will be in excellent condition, some have been in my family for years and remain unplayed. I will grade them all fairly and listen to them before listing.
All of them will be professionally cleaned before being sent.

Up for auction here is a Uk first stereo pressing of the 1969 album by John Mayall with Eric Clapton entitled Bluesbreakers. Released in the Uk on the unboxed Decca label catalogue number SKL 4804. It was originally released in Mono in 1966 but this is a first stereo pressing.
It is commonly known as the Beono album as Clapton is reading the comic on the cover.
Matrix / Runout (A Side): ZAL-7297.P-1W and ZAL-7298.P-1W on side B
The vinyl is visually in Excellent + condition and looks barely played. The audio is also excellent and plays through superbly without any skips or jumps. There are no ticks or clicks just some very light background noise . Overall it was a superb listen and I would grade the audio as a strong Excellent+.
The Labels are in awesome condition which shows how little this has been played . I would grade them as Excellent +
The Macneill press sleeve is in very nice condition and a great example. I would grade it as excellent.
The record comes with its original Decca inner sleeve.
Overall a brilliant copy of this absolute classic.

I use Record Collector ratings to grade my vinyl. These are :
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc..
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
