Vintage 1966 US pressing.  Vinyl LP from London Records.  

Jacket is in good condition considering that it has been around 50+ years.  Some minor wear to corners and edges, and some slight discoloration to the back, but it is generally in VERY good condition.  The vinyl is also in remarkably good condition, in the VG+ to E range, with only very minor blemishes and no scratches to speak of.  Please see pictures.
