Description
Now here's a real nice set of albums. SIX full-length LP sountracks, in excellent condition, by JOHN WILLIAMS from some of the greatest adventure movies of all time, including INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM (Gatefold sleeve), 1941 (gatefold sleeve), SUPERMAN (2 records in gatefold sleeve), E.T., CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND (gatefold sleeve), THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, and SPACECAMP (not pictured, but in gorgeous condition). This package ALSO includes THREE classic John Williams and the Boston Pops LPs: We Wish You A Merry Christmas, Pops In Space (featuring music from classic sci-fi films) and Pops Around The World. All the records and the sleeves are in remarkable condition (some sleeves bear minor shelf wear), having been stored in my personal collection since the day I purchased the albums, and all the records (except CLOSE ENCOUNTERS) have addition paper liner sleeves for added protection AS WELL as outer protective polybags to protect the sleeves. These albums have not been listened to in nearly 15-20 years, as cassettes were made for my personal use that lasted me well into the digital age. Some of these records were purchased used, some NEW, but ALL are in excellent playing order, and all were recently given a farewell spin to verify this. I look after my stuff, as you can see from my other auctions, so bid with confidence. Thanks for looking.
