Produced in 1986-87 by John Zorn, highly respected American composer and songwriter, this album this album was inspired by writer Mickey Spillane, best known for his detective novels.  It is in excellent condition, original sleeve (as pictured), nearly flawless cover, and equally nice vinyl.  The sleeve is a narrative by Zorn of his musical process and influences.
