JOHNNIE CLARK MEETS CORNELL CAMPBELL VINYL LP - REGGAE 12” VISTA RECORDS. Produced by Bunny Lee at Joe Gibbs Studio in New Stylee. #VSLP 4016
Very Scarce Title. The vinyl has been play tested and is in VG+ condition there is some crackle but it’s not overpowering, it’s not on all tracks. It doesn’t impact on the listening enjoyment. It is more noticeable on the B-side. And even then it’s not on all tracks. The A Side is VG++ The LP plays through on both sides.
There is an arrow shape written on the A Side label with a felt tip pen. There is visible needle marks, but the vinyl still retains its high vinyl gloss. The sleeve (which is manufactured from unusually light card, but it is the original sleeve) has storage and handling wear but it’s still in good condition and not grubby.The LP and sleeve are those in the photograph. Please view them as they will help determine the LP and sleeve condition.
I am selling at below market price because of the needle marks and the crackle. The only other available copies of this LP I can find on internet are double this price upwards if you can find one.
The artists, Johnny Clarke and Cornell Campbell are new to me, and although I love Reggae I didn’t know what to expect. But I genuinely enjoyed listening to this one. I can’t say that about all the LPs I listen to before listing them on eBay. Thank you for viewing.
