JOHNNY CASH / AT FOLSOM PRISON
One of three fantastic performances recorded in jails, two in America and one in Sweden. Cash is on fine form, making it clear why he was respected as a great songwriter, a man sympathetic to those on the margins of life, and a peerless performer. A truly great American original.
This is an original orange CBS UK release with the original inner bag.
Catalogue number CBS 63308, matrix stamp A1/B1.
The LP is in near-mint condition. Only the spindle marks on side two indicate this has ever been played at all.
The inner bag is in almost mint condition also, as is the sleeve.
A very nice example of this classic live LP, and a must for any Cash fan, or of classic Americana.
