This was really the greatest venture of any of the truly gifted Country Western artists of the last century. That Rick Rubin - Big time rock producer took the rapidly aging Johnny Cash and in essence helped to find an entirely new voice, is truly a magnificent accomplishment. This series of recordings is as great as any music ever produced by any artist. Amazing raw emotion in intensely personal productions. A MUST HAVE!!
