Description
This Auction is for:
ARTIST: Johnny Cash
TITLES: Wide Open Road / Belshazah – A Promotional issue with MINTY labels, except for the date “JUN 3 1964” stamped on the “B” side label, probably by the Radio Station to whom it was mailed. This is clearly a Promotional issue based upon the statement “D. J. Copy - Not For Sale” printed on both labels. In most cases, these “WLP” issues are much rarer than the Stock issues.
LABEL/NUMBER: Sun Records – 392 – Scratched in the “Dead” Wax of the “A” side, "U-505". On the “B” side, "U-506-X".
SPEED/SIZE: - 45 RPM – 7 Inches
YEAR: 1964 – Please see my other Auctions for many more Sun records and Sun Records related offerings. I have a substantial collection I am just starting to list.
DISC CONDITION: NM – it looks hardly played.
SLEEVE CONDITION: Mounted in a Generic sleeve - VG+.
