JOHNNY CHESTER With THE THUNDERBIRDS – HIT PARADE – W&G WG-E-1360.
A very nice copy of a very hard to find Australian EP from 1962. Johnny Chester was one of Australia’s leading rock ‘n’ roll singers of the time. It was way before he turned to country music. He is backed by leading Melbourne instrumental outfit, The Thunderbirds. There are 6 tracks on the EP.
TRACKS: California Sun / The Hokey Pokey / What A Night / Can Can Ladies / Shakin’ All Over / That’s How It’s Gonna Be.
The record is in EX condition. Nice clean vinyl. The cover is EX Minus. Just some light storage wear and a small corner bend. No splits or tears. A great copy.
