AND IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL, VERY FLAT, FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE PRINTED BY "Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London, W11. Patent Pending" (only the very earliest sleeves have the "Patent Pending" text)

Winter's debut is also arguably his bluesiest and best.
Straight out of Texas with a hot trio, Winter made blues-rock music for the angels, tearing up a cheap Fender guitar with total abandon on tracks like "I'm Yours and I'm Hers," "Leland Mississippi Blues," and perhaps the slow blues moment to die for on this set, B.B. King's "Be Careful with a Fool."
Winter's playing and vocals have yet to become mannered or clichéd on this session, and if you've ever wondered what the fuss is all about, here's the best place to check out his true legacy

LABELS: CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO wear, NO marks/unwanted writing and only about a dozen spidery spindle trails. THIS COPY HAS NOT BEEN OVER-PLAYED AT ALL
VINYL Visual: The surfaces are CLEAN and BRIGHT with a DEEP, GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED. BEAUTIFUL VINYL
VINYL Audio: OUTSTANDING audio - CRYSTAL CLEAR, WARM, RICH and VIBRANT SOUND - FANTASTIC LP. There are NO scratches, NO sticks/jumps and NO clicks or pops. The LP plays BEAUTIFULLY throughout to an impressively high standard with NO groove-wear and NO distortion (it's seen light play only) and must be very critically graded EXCELLENT++/NEAR MINT for audio - the playback is pretty much FLAWLESS. NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please check my feedback and "about me' page). SUPERB COPY
SLEEVE: The first issue cover is in EXCELLENT condition. The front laminate has a beautiful GLASS-LIKE GLOSS with very little rubbing and just a couple of half-moon creases on the opening edge. The unlaminated back has a little more rubbing but nothing major and the original owners name written neatly - but as it is written in black ink on the black colour it is hardly noticeable. The very thin spine is straight and true and displays all text CLEAR and BOLD. Superb example of this very easily worn and rubbed sleeve which as the original is now 40 years old.
The original poly-lined CBS company inner is in very nice condition with no splits but the glue which holds the plastic lining in place has browned some over the years but still very nice to find the LP in its original inner
