John's Children--Orgasm--White Whale 7128. Originally intended for a March 1967 release in the U.S., White Whale finally released this album in September of 1970 which doomed the album's chances for any kind of sales. Group members included Andy Ellison and later on, Marc Bolan. Few copies were pressed and the vast majority of them were destined for the legendary department store bargain bins of the early 70s. Simon Napier-Bell overdubbed screaming from the Hard Day's Night soundtrack to provide the fake live sound. The album title was censored from the cover, but White Whale forgot to remove the title from the cover spine. This is an original factory-sealed pressing with absolutely no cut-out markings; no bb-holes, clipped corners, saw-cuts, etc.! ! ! Front cover has two small light creases--one in bottom left corner and one at bottom right-center. The cover colors are bright with no fading and shrinkwrap is tight over seams and spine. Cool collectible in remarkable condition ! ! !
