Here is the ELUSIVE, SPECIAL DISC JOCKEY RECORD, BY JON HENDRICKS FEATURING THE GRATEFUL DEAD WITH JERRY GARCIA, ON VERVE VK-10512!! I will use the description from another seller. "Here’s a real treat! AMAZING, OBSCURE, ECHOEY ELECTRIC PSYCH 45 with a civil rights theme by none-other than JON HENDRICKS, backed by none-other than THE GRATEFUL DEAD! This certainly is the LEGENDARY virtuoso jazz vocalist (of Lambert, Hendricks and Ross fame), doing something a little different. REMARKABLE self-produced, original tunes with POIGNANT lyrics, from the original soundtrack to the film, "Sons And Daughters" (released by American Documentary Films). Cut A is EXCELLENT up-tempo electric folk-psych. Cut B is OUTRAGEOUS "down-home" electric psych-blues (sounds more like Jimi Hendrix than what you’d expect from Jon Hendricks!). A REMARKABLE GEM – and increasingly gaining popularity as a cult classic!" This is the YELLOW LABEL, NOT the standard BLUE issue.
