SLEEVE - FRONT: Sticker tear top right (see photo one), otherwise Superb: VG
SLEEVE - REAR: just a little light ring wear, otherwise lovely: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful!...Looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen': EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: As Side one..looks unplayed and again has that lovely sheen to it: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
