JOURNEY's "Escape" on MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB (1-144) in the 80's with the Petaluma address and Pressed in JAPAN, is one of the RAREST MFSL LPs since it was NEVER OFFICIALLY RELEASED. They were Pressed and ready to go with some getting out to reviewers and others ending up with employees but were never available for sale, being pulled from release at the last moment for an unknown reason.
Included are the original rice sleeve and double-cardboard insert (with MFSL info) for the LP. It comes in a plastic outer sleeve. This and many others I will be offering are from a former MFSL employee who apparently never played most of them, with cover wear on some, the only negative.
The LP is in NEAR MINT PLUS condition with the album rarely played if ever (Some might say MINT, but I can't guarantee it has never been played), with NO visible spindle marks on the labels and not a mark or scratch of any kind on the clean, glossy, and still static vinyl.
The Cover is in Strong NEAR MINT condition with all seams fully intact, corners sharp, and the the front and back showing Next-To-No wear.
There is no Reserve! What you see is what you get. I prefer a Money Order/Cashiers Check within 10 days of end of auction.
