Here is my favorite single from Joy Division released in a beautiful sleeve with art from Anton Corbijn and the cover painting is from Jean- Francois Jamoul.  Gorgeous foldout cover! 
This is an excellent Joy Division re-issue on Sordide Sentimental from 1980.  A very limited edition with the cool "Medusa head" labels. (The original was pressed and released in France in 1979.)
I bought this when it came out and played it once. My copy has no inserts (I can't remember if it came with any.  AMAZING, rare Joy Division single!
