Black vinyl 12" LP with insert.
A compilation of rare Joy Division tracks.

The album cover has some light browning, as it's over 30 years old and was originally white, but it's a great-looking piece.  The insert is 8 1/2 x 11-ish, and doesn't make much sense to me, but maybe it will to you.
The vinyl looks to be VG+ at least and plays beautifully.
