The outer shrink has now been carefully removed from its Original shrink wrap and was only been slightly split at top edge to remove the vinyl single and view the inserts! The vinyl has been played just a couple of times only!  PRISTINE!!!
NB.  Due to a couple of customers asking to see the Inner Number (w old glue) I have taken the decision to gently remove the shrink so everyone can be assured that this is a 100% GENUINE item and was until an hour ago still in its Original shrink wrap which has kept it in near perfect condition. I doubt if there is another copy that is was still in its original sleeve for 40 years which has kept this PRISTINE!!!
As I stated; The 1st 1000 or so copies of this release sent out from Jean Pierre at Sordide Sentimental. came in Shrinkwrap.. If you don’t believe me contact them..  (I have even had discussions with Sordide over the years..) It was only when complaints came in to Sordide that the vinyl was too easily slipping out the flimsy packaging, that it was repackaged it in a bag.. This copy was still in its Original shrink and the vinyl has only been removed to play onto a cassette . (Only thumbnail was run down top edge to remove Disc. So the outer Folded sleeve was kept near perfect and Id be very surprised if another ever turns up in condition like this.  Now it is open and those who were wary can easily see it is in No PERFECT condition..
I CAN STILL SUPPLY THE OUTER SHRINK TO INCREASE ITS VALUE BUT IT WILL NEED TO BE DONE VERY CAREFULLY..



Original 1980 'Individually Numbered' 1st Pressing Licht Und Blindheit  No.000849  as sent from Sordide Sentimental in France in 1980 to Small Wonder, Walthamstow.  The vinyl is still in its original mylar sleeve inner sleeve, as these are fragile, I've placed it in an extra  inner sleeve for extra protection.


Complete with Original Inserts [Blue and White] and has its Limited No.000849

The fold-over gatefold sleeve has in fact NOW been removed from its Original shrink wrap and was only been slightly split at top edge to remove the vinyl single and view the inserts! The vinyl has been played just a couple of times only!  PRISTINE!!!
  1758 copies only were pressed, with each sleeve individually numbered on the inner gatefold. [Hence you may ask "it had never been removed, how do you know it is individually numbered?" Now it can be viewed in its splendour..This one is no 000849
It wasn't until almost 1000 copies had been sold and complaints lodged about how easy it was for the vinyl to 'slip out' of its oversized gatefold sleeve, (much larger than the record!) that the label produced a printed bag for the last 500 or so copies.. 
This copy was bought direct from Sordide Sentimental in France in 1980 and as the number is 00849 , therefore does not come with an outer bag.
