Description

I have for sale JOY DIVISION STILL VINYL DOUBLE LP UK 1ST PRESSING FAC 40 released on 8th October 1981.
This original double album has an embossed textured gatefold sleeve with die-cut card inner sleeves & paper labels.

The album has been in my own collection since I purchased it upon release & contains the run-off groove messages 'The chicken won't stop' on Side A & 'The chicken stops here' on Side D.
The item is in great condition having been stored in a plastic sleeve since purchase. There are no tears or creases to cover or spine. Inner sleeves containing vinyl are in immaculate condition as are the 2 x vinyl records.
There is a small mark on the front cover where the original price sticker was (see pic)...back in the day there was no protective polythene covering on vinyl, record stores just priced straight onto the sleeve! There is also some very minor ageing discolouration around the edges of the sleeve (see pics).
Looking at all the other copies currently for sale on eBay this looks to me the one that is in the best condition.
Thanks for looking & if you have any questions please ask.
