In 1972, Jules released his own album, called 'Call Me Man', with the Buddah Records company. The record was well reviewed, and more importantly, well received by the public. Later in the same year he released 'Back On The Road Again', an LP for Stash Records. The LP hit position 23 on the Milwaukee charts. The following year, Jules re-released the title track from 'Back On The Road Again' on MGM/Metro Records, and the song itself hit the charts.
