Description

 "The Music of Julius Wechter" This is a rare, promotional album that was issued by Wechter's manager to promote his talent as a hit composer for
possible commercial writing assignments. Songs include Spanish Flea, Brasilia, Up Cherry Street, Warm, The Nicest Things Happen, Fowl Play,
Bean Bag, The Nicest Things Happen, Blue Sunday, and Spanish Flea. Informative and interesting liner notes.

Julius Wechter was a former member of the Martin Denny group,and went on to head the Baja Marimba Band and play on many of Herb Alpert's A&M
albums, as well as write several of Herb's 60s A&M hits. He also composed the music for many TV commercials, including Maxwell House Coffee, Western Airlines, Plymouth, and many others.

This is a very scarce promo-only LP that rarely turns up for sale. It is a must for The A&M fan, or fans of the Baja Marimba Band.
