JUST URBAIN + SECTION URBANE “The Final Program” RARE Aussie indie EP KBD punk

Section Urbane / Just Urbain – The Final Program EP (orig. Australia “Shake Music” STEREO SM-09 / 13470, with original hand-printed double-sided insert sleeve)

Release date: September 1983 (estimated).  Recording dates: Late 1982 (side 1) & 1980 (side 2).

On offer here is an ULTRA RARE original issue of the independently released split EP by SECTION URBANE & JUST URBAIN.  According to the original drummer Dave Holliday, this EP was the rarest of all the SAVAGE and SHAKE MUSIC vinyl releases.  This particular copy displays the second track by JUST URBAIN called “Sounds Like” as “In That Case” (on both record label & insert).

Members of SECTION URBANE & JUST URBAIN also appeared in the following BRISBANE PUNK BANDS: YOUNG IDENTITIES, BODYSNATCHERS, KICKS and THE PINEAPPLES FROM THE DAWN OF TIME.

Cover:

EX+ Original hand-printed DOUBLE-SIDED one-piece PICTURE SLEEVE INSERT, insignificant surface rubbing on front side otherwise looks impressive, “3/86” written on front side.

Record:

VG++ visual: beautiful glossy sheen—insignificant hairlines & few light surface scuffs (side 1: VG++, side 2: EX) (seen under strong light); audible: sounds great overall despite some underlying surface noise.  A HIGHLY ENJOYABLE LISTENING EXPERIENCE! ; labels: light spindle wear, BIG “A” & “4ZZZ” written on both sides.
