Jack Donovan and the Knight Caps Empire records 500 Rare Rock-a-billy from a studio that was located in Takoma ,DC ( not to be confused with Takoma Park ,MD which is just across the DC line ). This studio was located in a house that was later torn down to make way for the Metro train. The owner of the studio had something to do with Patsy Cline early in her career.. as far as this record though there's nothing Country about it at all. Pure Rock-a-billy from an unknown rocker who as far as I can tell only made one record. side A : Time Machine - this is the killer cut - the flip is okay but it's slower and doesn't pack the punch that the A side does. Both sides play well. side A has a visible needle mark... doesn't seem to affect the sound.This is a reserve auction Winner pays shipping. Items ship from 20912.
