Description
This item is a mono album released on Reprise Records in 1963 by Jack Nitzsche entitled 'The Lonely Surfer'. Record label and number is Reprise Records R-6101. Record itself is in excellent condition and sounded great when played with just some very light surface noise between some of the songs. The record was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record clean ing machine. Record labels show no spindle wear (see photos). Record cover is also in excellent condition and is still in its original shrink wrap. Record cover has a rivet at the top left corner, some discoloring on the back of the cover at the top left corner under the shrink wrap and an old price sticker affixed to the shrink wrap on the front of the cover (see photos). Album comes complete with its original Reprise Records company paper inner sleeve. Liner notes by Phil Spector. Jack was a member of Neil Young's band the 'Stray Gators' during the 1970's.
