Please read the following, because this generally answers most questions and your purchase is an indication that you have read them or had them explained to you, that you are of legal age to enter into a contract, that you entered freely into your transaction and that you agree to the following terms:

Insurance:   The base default coverage that comes with the shipping form is as follows: (USPS Priority ($50); FedEx ($100); UPS ($100)).  The buyer must assume all in-transit damage risk beyond that coverage unless we have agreed in the bid or buy terms above to insure it.  For higher value items (anything over $300), I will generally include full value insurance and may split it with the purchaser as part of the auction.

Please contact me before paying, so that I can charge you only actual shipping cost and send you an invoice.  Again: I’m not trying to make money off shipping.

If damage is incurred in shipping, the buyer, who is generally in the best position to document the damage, will have the right to pursue any claim.  We can arrange this differently in advance of the sale, in writing.  I pack Marine tough.

Payment:  Payment is due no later than 48 hours after the close of this auction or immediately when a 'Buy It Now' option is exercised.  I only accept payments through PayPal.  PayPal is fast and secure for both of us and allows you to pay for your item(s) with any major credit card, PayPal account balance or from a bank account.  If payment is not made within the appropriate time period, the item may be relisted at my (the seller's) discretion.  

If you (the buyer) cannot meet a payment deadline due to unusual circumstances, please contact me as soon as practicable.  I understand things genuinely happen.  I don’t want you to lose your deal.  Sorry, but under no circumstances will an item be shipped prior to receipt of payment in full.

General Handling Questions: I can only ship to the address provided with the account when you close the auction.  I WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.  If you have a P.O. Box listed as your delivery address, I will invalidate your win, per the eBay terms.  No questions asked.

If you have LESS THAN TEN (10) positive comments associated to your eBay account, please EMAIL ME BEFORE BIDDING OR I reserve the right to cancel a winning bid after the close of an auction and offer it to the next highest bidder.  It is not fair to me or other bidders to have to relist the item later and emailing me in advance is the only way I can know you are not a fraudulent account.

Please do not ask me to ship to another address than what you have listed on your account at the time you paid.  Doing so voids eBay’s buyer and seller protection policies (see their terms and policy pages).  

I almost always ship the business day after payment is made on a sale (Monday morning if the sale is made on Saturday or Sunday).  I do my absolute best to get it to you ASAP.  

I ship responsibly and guarantee that if your sale included free shipping or if you paid for shipping, every effort has been made to assure that you will not incur any item arriving with postage due.  In the HIGHLY UNLIKELY EVENT that you do incur additional postage on a transaction, please pay for the difference, save the receipt from the shipper, email it to me and I will indemnify you. 

Condition and Authenticity:  I do not deal in fake, copy or counterfeit items.  If an item is listed as genuine or OEM, then it is guaranteed from me to be.  I stand by that.  Period.

Please review photographs closely for the grading condition of sports cards, figure cards, vinyl records, comics, TPB’s and hobby or general purpose items (accessories, batteries and/or parts).  Photos in each auction are always of the specific item you are bidding on, unless noted on the photo.  

I always attempt to grade condition (where applicable) more strictly than the price guides.  This policy errs to the benefit of my buyers.  Some of the items I sell are collectables and there is invariably a level of even the most minimal shelf wear - even with the best of packages.  If you still have reservations or questions about the condition or authenticity of an item, again, please contact me BEFORE you bid, please.
