Third Man Records' Vault package #23 centers on The White Stripes. Jack White, the genius jack-of-all-trades, and Meg White, the mega hottie who sure could bang them drums! Vault #23 is led by the double LP, Under Amazonian Lights, which was recorded in Brazil in 2005. It includes a cover of Dylan’s “Lovesick Blues,” along with double versions (acoustic and electric) of “The Same Boy You’ve Always Known” and “Passive Manipulation.” Both records are on blood red with black wisps vinyl. Comes in a soft-touch telescoping box and includes a glow-in-the-dark poster. Insane!
Next up, you get a DVD of that performance. In that performance Jack and Meg actually go outside the venue to play “We Are Going To Be Friends” for the fans unable to pick up tickets. They were so rad and awesome, it's insane!
AND ... a 7? record includes “Let You Down,” a solo track from Jack White from around 2000 and the B-side is “Ain’t No Sweeter Than Rita Blues,” an outtake from the Get Behind Me Satan era. The 7? is pressed on white vinyl. White vinyl is seriously beautiful!
Lastly, you get a sweet monkey head pin and a dope set of postcards. Beyond amazing! Wow!!
