Description
This is a really nice playing copy of Blue Note 4067, Jacke McLean's "Bluesnik" which features Jackie along with Freddie Hubbard, Kenny Drew, Doug Watkins and Pete LaRoca. The mono vinyl is in VG++ condition and plays with remarkable fidelity on my Thorens TD-124 table with SME arm and Ortofon SPU cartridge. There are some minor scuffs on the vinyl that prevent a NM rating, but this one plays really, really nicely. The labels are the "47 W. 63rd" type and the "ear" and "RVG" are in the dead wax. There is a "deep-groove" on one side only. The original inner sleeve is included as well. The jacket is very clean but was taped one the edges from new and there is a red stamp on the back that states "D.J. Copy" and there are some notes written next the the song titles. No seam splits or spine wear. This is a very nice copy of a rare Blue Note title.
