First Pressing with RVG and EAR (plastylite "P") Stamps in the dead wax !!!

"47 West 63rd" "address on labels.

Back cover bears the 43 W 61st address. 

Complete with Original Blue Note Records Inner Sleeve !!!

Sleeve is in Excellent Condition (has a faint import stamp on the back in the bottom right corner, see pic).

Vinyl is in Excellent Condition.
