Label Description: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address. RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom and deep groove.
Grade & Description (cover): M- Excellent laminated cover, nice seams and corners and signed in black marker on the back by Jackie McLean.
Grade & Description (record): M- Likewise excellent, well maintained and free of any scratches, scuffs or marks of any kind.
Additional Notes: The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
