Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of Jackie Mclean “A Long Drink of the Blues” on the purple and silver labels of New Jazz NJLP 8253.  Despite the wear to the spindle hole, the playing surface is in near-new flawless condition, with a beautiful luster.  The laminated cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; ½” split on the top seam, at the opening; ¼” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening.  Personnel include Webster Young, Curtis Fuller, Gil Coggins, Paul Chambers, and Louis Hayes.  $300.00.
