Description
If you are a Jackson Browne fan, then you are crazy if you never hear this super rare record. In concert with just David Lindley at his side. Recorded at Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania at the Main Point on Sept. 7th, 1975, in front of a small, very lucky audience. Your jaw will drop when you hear Browne sing the lyrics of "You Just Want Meat...." (This song is why the album is titled "Rated X") He introduces songs by Warren Zevon before WZ had an album out ("Remember the name: Z-E-V-O-N") . David Lindley provides hilarious werewolf sounds during Werewolves of London. They even briefly riff on the Theme from Shaft! These are the priceless moments of this concert, but JB does beautiful renditions of his more serious songs as well. Check out the song titles on the record labels in the photos. Great, well-recorded audio (Soundboard radio Broadcast) At one point JB asks, "Do you think we'll get this song on the radio?" And then he remembers, "Sh*t, we are on the radio!" The georgeous and rare colored splatter vinyl has no scratches, except for one tiny scratch at the end of side one (Fountain of Sorrow). The album is still in its original OPENED shrinkwrap. Please excuse my shadow and reflections in the photos! I am selling many other 70s & 80s albums and I combine shipping. ($1.00 for each additional LP.)
